TRANSPAÍS AÉREO S.A. de C.V., pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Law of Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Individuals, informs:
That the personal information will be used for:
- Make the budget of the services and products required;
- Provide services and products required;
- Get information about new products or services that are related to the contracted or acquired by the customer;
- To comply with obligations entered into with our clients;
- Get information about modifications to our products or services;
- Evaluate the quality of the service;
- Billing and payment of the services and/or products requested.
In all cases, the data must be protected according to the internal rules on data protection.
The personal information collected by TRANSPAÍS AÉREO S.A. de C.V., via the requested documents, are used confidentially for identification, operation, administration, and other purposes related to the same.

It may be possible to be required to provide to TRANSPAÍS AÉREO S.A. de C.V., personal data and information not sensitive, enunciatively, but not limited to, the following:
- Customers, suppliers and/or subcontractors:
- Contact Name
- Name of the Company
- Contact Position
- Phone and/or Cell
- E-mail
- Prices
- Budget
We inform you that our company TRANSPAÍS AÉREO S.A. de C.V., WILL NOT GATHER AND THEREFORE, WILL NOT GIVE TREAT ANY SENSIBLE PERSONAL DATA; For such reason, we do not request any authorization for the treatment of any sensible personal data.
You are entitled to access your personal data that we possess and know the details of the treatment, as well as to correct them if inaccurate, incorrect, incomplete or are outdated; cancel them when it considers that they are not required for any of the purposes outlined in this privacy notice, they are being used for purposes not consensual, or you can oppose the processing thereof for specific purposes.
To exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition, you must present written request in our Privacy Office, in our operating hours; in a document format DOC. The request must contain the following requirements:
- Name, address or via to communicate the response to your request.
- Your official identification or documents proving his identity, or where applicable, the legal representation of the holder.
- Description clear and accurate of personal information for which it seeks to exercise any of the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition.
- Any other item or document that facilitates the location of your personal information.
- In the case of a request for access to personal information, it shall indicate in addition to the aforementioned requirements, description clear and precise of the personal information to which you want to access.
- In the event of a request for Rectification of personal information, must be indicated in addition to the above mentioned, a clear and precise explanation of the personal information to be rectified, as well as any document justifying the rectification.
- In the event of a request for Cancellation of personal information, in addition to above, must specify the data that should be canceled and if possible, the purpose of the processing for which your personal information are treated.
- In case of request for Opposition to the processing of your personal information, you must indicate as well as previously stated, the reasons for which is opposed to the treatment.
At any time, you can revoke the consent, which has given us for the treatment of your personal information, so let us make use of them. To this end, it is necessary to submit your request in writing in a document format .DOC.
Your request must be accompanied by the following information:
- Your name, address or via to communicate the response to your request.
- Your official identification or documents proving his identity, or where applicable, the legal representation of the holder.
- If its possible the reasons for which revokes the treatment of your personal information.
Within a maximum period of 20 working days we will attend to your request and we will inform you about the origin of the same through the via to communicate the designated answer on your request.
The company will not transfer to third parties your personal information, without your prior consent, unless such transfer is necessary for the fulfillment of the tax, fiscal and legal obligations. In this context, keeping quiet and confidential use of your personal information, they may be transferred and treated inside and outside Mexico, towards and by companies providing services necessary for the operation and registration of services contracted by you.
